1. MISSION/VISION STATEMENT

 A mission statement is a short, clear statement of the purpose of your business. It should be easy to read, understand and to the point. Your mission statement is what keeps you on track. It defines your company. It also allows your clients to understand what problem your company solves.

Having an excellent product/service is essential for any business. This is going to be the greatest key to success. Your product needs to solve a problem while being unique enough to set you apart from others in your industry; without this, there is no money

There are many benefits to excellent customer service, ranging from increased loyalty and repeat business.
